Yes, Dan and I braved the cold air and went out.
We went out, took a picture, and went back in, waited a few minutes and repeated the ordeal a few times. I finally got smart and put a sweater on!
Man, it's cold out there, yet it was 80 today when I drove home. But then they did say it dropped 20 degrees in 45 minutes when the cold front hit tonight, and Dan had to go out and grill our steaks -poor guy!
Dinner was good though.

Wasn't the eclipse beautiful? (I wish you could have seen Molly, wrapped head-to-toe in a giant white blanket. She looked like Nanook of the North standing in the backyard!)
ReplyDeleteAs for the weather, how could anyone live anywhere other than Abilene? Weather gives us all something to talk about, and life is never boring here on the prairie! (It truly is INSANE that we dropped 46 degrees in 12 hours...and what's even more INSANE is that we don't even blink an eye anymore. Crazy is normal! We LIKE it!)
