Moving pictures...

...yeah, not that moving, but the physical take the furniture and work hard kind of moving :-)

Dan is hard packing up. We still had time for pictures. Once we started moving all down the stairs and into the van, there was no time for pictures...darn...should have made the time...but everything went to quick.

We did have lunch time, and that was when Dan took out the camera again to take some pics...nothing better then to show that we did give a break time :-)

Kel, Kevin and Frances helped James, Dan , Jason and me tremendously. I think we would still be packing up!

Now the storage unit is full to the brim and Jason still has a box or two to put away. We'll see how he'll accomplish that one...it's all up to him to finish that.

And then we get to start all over in reverse when they have a place down south...oh, we might have to be on vacation then....how can we really work on that one? :-)

Almost empty apartment...wow, it is big when all the 'stuff' is out of here!

Jason's bed for the next few nights...sleep tight -

Quick update...

...we are at Jason's trying to get everything out of his apartment today...wont' be easy, and won't happen. We will have to work on this tomorrow also. Arrived last night at 8 and packed till midnight, started again at 7 this morning, stand-up breakfast, banana cake and coffee, and keep on packing. I am taking a break while Jason and Dan are picking up the van to move everything...ahhh!!! We need many people to help! I am glad he doesn't have to be out tonight...we wouldn't make it. Jason has another few days where he can work hard by himself to get it all done :-)
Just thought you all would love to hear this and feel sympathetic towards us, Tiffany looked for a good time to be gone from here :-)(

Till later, maybe when I'm back home I'll post some pics of the mess!

Oh Baby, it's cold out there :-)

Here is the weather for right now...9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 22 of January...after a nice day yesterday...oh, well, this is Texas!

26 °F / -3 °C
Light Freezing Rain Mist
Humidity: 96%
Dew Point: 25 °F / -4 °C
Wind: 21 mph / 33 km/h / 9.3 m/s from the North

Pressure: 30.39 in / 1029 hPa (Rising)
Windchill: 12 °F / -11 °C
Visibility: 2.0 miles / 3.2 kilometers
UV: 0 out of 16 (Hey, look, no UV rays! We can go outside :-))
Clouds: Overcast 300 ft / 91 m (Above Ground Level)
Update: So I just checked the weather in Austin where they have 56!! Then I thought lets check Quanitco and Boston and have symphaty for Tiffany and Sandra and Clayton...but no, they have it warmer then Abilene with 40 degrees Fahrenheit!!! What in the world is going on?
We here in Abilene keep hovering on 25-26 degrees!!!!! Oh, well...it's fun with the freezing drizzle...especially when you get to stay at work till 4 :-(
Here is what Wonderground.com has to say about Abilene:
Now
Areas of freezing drizzle and light freezing rain will continue across the Big Country this morning behind a strong Arctic cold front. Gusty winds of 20 mph will lead to wind chill readings in the teens. Patchy fog will reduce visibilities down to 1 mile at times. If you are driving across the Big Country...especially on Interstate 20...be sure to drive carefully. Elsewhere across the Heartland and Concho Valley...the Arctic front will continue to move southward with falling temperatures and gusty winds expected this morning.

Another one of those dog pages :-)

Two old pages and then comes a new one from the other evening...you'll have to wait for that one until tomorrow :-) Maybe I'll brave the cold and we'll take the dogs to the park for some good pictures...maybe they can have their jackets on?

More cropped pages!

Forgot that I wanted to post these also...only one more set to go!
I just have to find the time to go outside and take more doggy pictures. But they are always the same...how can one stage the dogs differently? Hmmm....maybe I'll take them to the park and put them on the swing. How cold is it going to be today? It's in the low 20's now, and will get into the 40's, or so they say! We'll see what we do this afternoon, after work.

Hollywood Jaeger...by Dan!

Luckily I had the video camera next to me when this was going on!
I had to laugh so hard I am surprised the camera wasn't shaking!
What a baby!!!

Hope you enjoy these pictures :-)

Dogs, dogs, and more dogs!

Here are the promised pictures and a video for Jason!

Went out and played with the puppies before our shopping trip.
These dogs just don't listen very well and won't "pose" for us. You get one to sit and the other will decide to act up, then you get the other to behave and the first one will act up!Jaeger wants to play, Rhowdie rather gets pet!Is there a snack waiting for me? I hope there is.......of course there was a snack for each of us!
Is that why they say animals and kid actors are not a good match?!

Just a scrap book page!

(click on the picture to enlarge it)
Now that Tiffany has seen it I will post this first layout I did on the computer. Just playing around with my Christmas present. As I send them on to Tiffany and Jason I will also post them here so you all can see them :-) Just having way too much fun with this stuff.
I'll have to take some more doggy pictures also :-0

Dog Walking!

The cold wind finally left the area...it was very cold on Thursday and Friday...no walking for me :-) Then on Saturday we have it in the 70's and warm wind so we take the dogs out for their stroll. Molly loves to walk Rhowdie as he seems to be the only one who does not pull! Jaeger did quit after a while also...he got tired. And May Bee is not that bad either! Dan got to take some pictures of the 'Boys and Girls"!

Here you see us on my street, almost done walking. Why Jaeger and I are in the back I have no idea...he normally has to be in the front...but his attention is to something.

And you should see all three dogs stay at attention when they see a squirrel...I don't think it would survive if we would let them loose :-)

Guess who is in trouble!

So, at 7 am the dogs have to go out...not a problem. I let them out and about 15 min. later they want back in...not a problem either. I decide that they will be fine without their cages in the family room. So, they are quiet, I am on the computer reading mail, reading the news. Checking up on stuff. I do hear Rhowdie bark once, when he wakes up he does that sometimes, scares himself I assume. So I finally go and check on them as they are really quiet. No dog tags jingeling or anything. What do I find? Rhowdie curled up behind the sofa on his regular spot, but where is Jaeger??? I had to turn on the light to see him...he didn't move and I couldn't see any lumbs on the floor...well...I found him finally. He never climbs up on the furniture, but now that he has a memory foam mattress the floor must be to hard for him and he found the next best thing!!! Well, only this time...the cages go back in the family room today!
