The second one is restaged after one picture we took in 1980. The first one we had enlarged for our parents. Then, years later, we decided to get more pictures done with the whole family, kids and spouses and grandparents, then we stayed behind and took this picture in almost the same pose as before. A little older and a little stiffer :-) Now poor on those comments!!!
Sisters and brothers are among the best gift our parents ever give us...
(Just think, Kirsten--now that you've thrown out your back--if you four tried to recreate this picture now, it would take a brother on each side to lift you up after the photo session!) Feel better soon!
You took the wrong 1980 picture. There is one where we totally recreated it. BTW: I still need the entire series of the 1980 pictures. LOVE these too!!!
These are great pictures. We have relatives who recreate the same picture every so often, about 20 of them, all in front of the same rock cliff in Colorado. It's neat to see the kids grow up in them.
